A+ Rigging Rodrigging
Rod Stock:
We are stocking Cold
drawn, high strength, low stretch, corrosion
resistant stainless steel coil made out of Nitronic
50 or Sanrig 80, available in continuous lengths up
to Dash 76 (17,9 mm) Supplied with polished or a
non-polished surface. Cold drawn, high strength, low
stretch, corrosion resistant stainless steel bars
made out of Nitronic 50. Available in length of
approx. 11 meters from Dash 91 (19,5 mm) to Dash 540
(50,8 mm). Larger custom sizes can be provided on
request. All stocked rod will be supplied with a
material certificate and has factory guarantee.
Straightening:
Cold drawn, high strength, low
stretch, corrosion resistant stainless steel coil
made out of Nitronic 50 or Sanrig 80 need to be
straightened before usage on a sailing yacht. A+
Rigging has developed a special
straightening machine
to straighten the rods

Rigging has developed a special hydraulic
cold heading press,
capable of cold forming the toughest headings on rod
up to 60 mm diameter.
Rod Surface Treatment:
A+ Rigging has
developed 3
special machines to be
able to supply, as one of the few rod rigging
suppliers, full polished coils.
